Card of the Day ~ August 19, 2015

This card is a very powerful one. It indicates that the timing is right to come across a powerful and wise person who can help us to find some resolution with things which have been vexing us. It is important to remember to be respectful toward this person, because their wisdom and advice will be invaluable. This card also speaks of our own power and reminds us that we have the resources within ourselves to be able to face situations which may be intimidating. The symbols on this card are very impressive. The white stag is a very powerful and magical creature in Celtic lore. You may wish to look it up to see if there are any lessons or messages which you need to hear.

  1. I love the symbols, the stag, the raven and the owl … it may be a dove, when I blew the image up it looked like a dove, but when I first saw it I thought owl šŸ™‚ I look forward to any teachers that may be put in my path. Blessings to you

    • I love the imagery of this card too! So many powerful animals and elements in this card…not to mention the fire itself. If you saw an owl, then I would say that you were meant to see an owl. šŸ™‚ Blessings to you as well

  2. I am eager to find what may be taught to me today and every day. I was drawn to the raven as it is my spirit animal. I will keep an open mind as it may be something that I have previously overlooked.

    • Interesting JoJo! I didn’t remember that from the Narnia books. It has been so long since I’ve read them. White stag is prevalent in many different mythologies. Just one part of the Celtic lore around the white stag is a messenger from the other side. Thanks for sharing the information about the Narnia books…I like it šŸ™‚
