Card of the Day ~ July 16, 2015

Today’s card is from the “Shapeshifter Tarot”.

The sustenance card is a very positive one. It tells of sustenance and satisfaction in all aspects of our lives; body, mind, and spirit. This is a good time for expansion of the gifts which we already have. Some of you might look at parts of your life and find it lacking. The truth is that there is already a glimmer of bounty beneath the surface. The question is…what steps can you take to draw them out? Begin looking around you in order to become aware of the tools which you have to work with, as well as to see the things which are already in your life for which you can be thankful. Begin today to fill your life and surroundings with the people and things which give you a sense of contented fullness. Take a moment to truly see your blessings today. It is a happy coincidence that this card was drawn on the first day of the waxing moon. Waxing moon energy is also very conducive to growth and expansion. Seize the opportunity to begin working with expansion today and continue to put extra effort into it over the next few weeks while the energy is hot.

  1. I am definitely counting my blessings after my husband told me what happened on the road the other night. He was cut off by a woman in a minivan and he had to employ every braking system in his rig, and jack knifed on the Cross Bronx Expressway. He thought he killed them, or at least hit them, but he saw them drive off unscathed. Took him 4 tries to get straightened out. Thank god there was no one on the road at that hour (1:30 am). When I think about what could have happened I tear up and get nauseous. Am very, very grateful it was just a very close call.
