Tarot for the Week of September 2 – 8, 2012

The next week marks a time to actively move toward what you want. Listen to and trust your intuition to lead you in the right direction. If you have been having a difficult time with negativity lately, take a deep breath. This card indicates that inner resources will be bolstered; allowing you to be able hold your own against negativity and anyone who may be working against you. This is a time to defend yourself and stand by what is important to you without fear.

This card represents powerful femininity; a person who is comfortable in her own skin. Whether you are female or male, tap into your creative, feminine power. Cultivate your inner impersonal observer this week to aid you in being objective and clear in your thinking. Be courageous and remember who you really are. Cut through the illusions which have built up over time and let yourself see things, other people, and yourself as they really are. This will enable you to bring the real you forth and find ways to truly shine.

Any sense of being stuck in the mire of stagnation will rapidly disappear as new opportunities present themselves. Be on the lookout for messages which require quick thinking or a sudden journey. When things move so quickly, it is easy to feel overwhelmed. If you feel yourself reacting this way, do your best to get that in check so that you can ride the currents of change with anticipation and gratitude.

This will be a week of the rapid change which comes with discovering and being who you really are. Be prepared for things to feel as if they are moving a little too quickly at times, because when we move past all of the illusions which have been placed in our lives and hearts it can feel a little intimidating both to ourselves and to others. As you cut through the ties which have been binding you to thoughts and patterns which are not truly yours, it may elicit negative reactions from others who have grown used to being able to push you into doing things which serve their desires instead of your best interests. Be courageous and stand up for yourself, not allowing anything or anyone to push you back into patterns which you know not to work. There will be some who try to convince you that this sort of growth is the same as selfishness. Do not allow this to take root in your mind. Use your objective mind to see things and the true intentions of others. Trust intuition to find the ways which work best. Know that there is nothing wrong with thinking for yourself and looking out for your own well being. It’s time to come out of the shadows. Discover the real you and allow your life to open up in wonderful ways. We live our best lives when we realize that suppressing ourselves in order to keep up appearances and maintain a false sense of peace serves no one.

  1. Tracy I don't know how you do it but your readings resonate with me every single time. I HAVE been struggling w/ negativity lately and have been very emotional. And I was planning on finally dropping off the application for a sub/temp/part time job at the Wareham Schools, and get moving on shooting my jewelry so that I can reopen my Etsy store. Plus some of my family have been pushing me around. Wow.

  2. It's a week late, but here I am replying lol. Things have been way busy here. I am so glad that all of you felt that the reading last week was meaningful for you. Rae, I hope that your week was fantastic!JoJo, I totally get the recent struggle with negativity. It's been the same here…both from others and then letting it get hold in myself. I've managed to pull through pretty well and hope that you have too. Reopening the Etsy shop is exciting! Did you drop off the application? I imagine it would help you gather more supplies for the business which would be fab. Pushy family…are we related? Mwahaha!Mina, the nervousness is totally normal! This is a totally new phase in your life. πŸ™‚
