Well everyone, today is the big day for the first major post in the new schedule. I have to admit that I am excited to offer a Mini Meditation Workshop, which has been a while in the making. Over the past few years I’ve had several people request that I publish something like this and it pleases me to finally have written it. The workshop is compact but filled with general meditation information, as well as a meditation exercise which I’ve written especially for this workshop. It’s a meditation which I have been personally using for years and I hope that it brings you as many benefits as it has brought me.
At the end of the workshop are some questions I’ve written to help you to overcome some obstacles frequently encountered with meditation, as well as some physical pointers to help you on your way. If you have any questions which you would like answers to about meditation, whether general in nature or something which pops up for you individually, please feel free to ask them here through a comment…or use the email address provided in the second box in the right sidebar if you do not wish to ask the question publicly.
