Tarot for the Week of April 8 – 14, 2012

This card represents feminine power…someone who is comfortable with their strength, intelligent, warm, curious, and quick witted. Highlighted is counseling and consulting others with wisdom, while at the same time knowing how to seek the advice and knowledge of another when necessary. There will be a need to be an impersonal observer and to focus on clarity as well as objectivity. Whether you are male or female, you need to integrate your feminine qualities to tap into your creative energy. Dare to remember who you really are this week and do not be shy to showcase your talents. Cut through illusions and see what really is.

Things will move very swiftly this week…away from problems. There may be some travel as well. Things which are mysterious and unusual will inspire you, paving the way for growth as well as bringing new associations and experiences into your life. Be very intentional in your actions this week. Stay focused and try to see in the long term. You may find yourself able to communicate your ideas in a different way.

You find yourself feeling centered and begin to understand the value of neutrality and creativity. Be sure to build positive patterns this week. It’s time to master a skill if you haven’t already, so that you can reap the rewards which come from mastery. If you have already mastered a skill, it’s time to put things into motion. Attend to details and take your time. Begin moving toward what works for you and away from what doesn’t. This is a card of skill in business and the creative arts.

It looks as though this week will be a time to be bold and creative. Allow yourself to be inspired and think outside the box. The time has come to use your talents and skills in a way which will take you toward success. Leave behind doubt, insecurity, and anything else which hasn’t been working for you or holding you back. While sticking with things which you’re passionate about, allow yourself to seek out new associations and experiences which will help you to move forward. Remember to look at things with honesty though, so that you see them as they really are and not as you wish them to be. If you stick with that one rule and focus on details, this should be an amazing week!

  1. Wow! I don't know how you do it. I have been turning this over in my brain for about a week now that I need to seek out some new creative outlet along with what I am already doing and have found myself at a standstill. I need to pay more attention to my dreams it seems. I know I have something there that I should be remembering but as yet it is hazy. I suppose it will come if I don't stress over it. Thank you for an awesome reading. ๐Ÿ™‚

  5. Hi David, so glad you stumbled across my blog. Quirkily different…I like that. I've just been to see yours and love it! I see that you've written about Garbage, Duran Duran, The Cranberries, and the lovely David Bowie. All four are among my all time favorites as far as music goes. I'm joining your blog. Can't wait to see what else you come up with. Hope to see you here again.
