Tarot for the Week of February 29 – March 3, 2012

This week a neutral, creative state of being is at the forefront. You will find yourself building more positive patterns, which makes this a good time to hone any artistic skills. Focus on details and being thorough instead of trying to rush through or worse yet pushing things. We all struggle at times with attempting to skip steps and yet expecting to see perfection and smooth results at the end of projects. It’s time to learn the value of mastery, which takes time and patience. This card also holds potential in the employment area, so keep this in mind and apply the same principles as what was highlighted for creative areas.

There are opportunities for new beginnings coming and they will be fast approaching. Be sure that you use them wisely with the focus on building a better life for yourself by setting goals and then taking action. The taking action part of this is crucial. It is a time to develop your talents, both physical and psychic. Make sure that you are prepared for upcoming inflow, keeping in mind that this card is named growth and that growth requires us to play an active role.

This card highlights our role in creation. We need to remember that teamwork can be very good and that much can be accomplished when we work in cooperation with others and also with nature. Use and work with your creative side this week and also pay attention to building and strengthening your mental acuity. This card…just as the sun itself shines the light of successful growth. Remember though that all success requires work and effort on our part. This is a good week for learning and study in all areas however, studies in areas which bring illumination will bring very high rewards. Use the light of this card to help you in finding your unique path in life.

The tarot this week is pretty powerful. The cards tie together to let us know that we have reached a point in which we need to narrow our focus a bit and exercise patience as we hone our individual skills. It is a time of mastery as opposed to dabbling this week. Yes we will all learn continually as we go through life, but sometimes we have to stop the mad rush of information gathering and slow down to really work with what we’ve already begun. While this is sometimes difficult for us to fathom, especially in our society of rushing and always pushing for more…it is vital that we remind ourselves that more does not always mean better and that we do not have to have everything right now. Talent and success take time and require us to devote narrowed focus at times…and this is one of them. Remember that you have time later to move on to something completely new and take this week to not only work on, but enjoy the process of growth and improvement in one or two key areas. It will definitely pay off later as having perfecting a skill often plays a role in learning or doing something new later on.

  2. Thank you Karen. I like setting up house too. It's a lot of work but it feels so good to get things settled in and experimenting with it until it feels just right. No need to thank me for that. I could tell that you were struggling and I wanted to let you know that you were cared about. There have been many times that I've gone to your blog and been lifted and comforted by the words that you've written there. So, it has definitely gone both ways my friend. 🙂 Hope things are getting better with you.
